French government grants allow non-French teachers to take part in a short training course in France over the summer.
In 2026, the French Embassy in Canada is offering a limited number of grants to take part in a 15-day training course in CAVILAM-Alliance Française de Vichy (France). This training course is aimed at teachers who would like to improve their knowledge of the French language to provide optimal conditions for their teaching assignments.
Those who are selected will be able to choose between three sessions (29/06 -10/07; 06/07-17/07; 20/07-31/07). These dates do not include travelling time.
