Novembre Numérique
Novembre Numérique (Digital November) is an international event launched in 2017 by the Institut français and its cultural network abroad. The event celebrates French technological innovation and creativity around the world. It aims to democratize access to digital technology while supporting digital creation in its many forms.
Each year, the Institut français du Canada offers a Canada-wide program that showcases French expertise in the field of digital creation through co-creation, dissemination and professional meetings with Canadian partners.
1 programme, 3 components
An educational component: mediation and transmission to the Canadian student and artistic community.
A dissemination component: the production of a digital work presented to the general public.
A B2B component: professional meetings, visits and round tables with key players in the local ecosystem
At a time of challenges related to the metaverse and eco-responsible digital technology, the event promotes international dialogue between creators, professionals and audiences on the challenges and opportunities of digital technology.
